Hello Roseann,

It looks like your student just needs to check their email account for our verification message. These are used to verify that people actually exist, as opposed to robots (automatic computer scripts that float around the Internet). We have re-sent the verification email to their email address on record with us. Please let us know if they experience any further difficulty and we will "verify" their address on their behalf.
