Although, you only accept credit card payments. Are there any other forms of payment you would accept such as a Purchase Order or check?

We have found that most of our School Accounts use a Purchasing Card for timely purchases under approximately $2,000. As we are an online service and our Group Memberships start at $400, we encourage online payments. However, if this is not an option for your organization 121Books.org will provide a Payment Invoice and accept a check for offline payment. Payment Terms will be 30 days unless otherwise requested.

We suggest all new members, including schools, first take advantage of our free one week trial to evaluate our service. During this time you may contact your schools Purchasing Dept. for their advice as to whether a Purchasing Card is an acceptable option. When the evaluation proves positive and if offline payment is required, our webmaster will make the necessary changes to our site's payment system to provide this request.

If your Department is unable to use Purchasing Cards it is likely there are others in the same positon. The mentioned changes have been approved and our webmaster will begin implementing them. You should see them reflected on the payment pages next week.
