Our office is closed for the holiday, but I will reset your offline machine tomorrow (Tues.). However, if you reinstalled your OS and the FileOpen Plug-in, you "should" be OK. Your Machine ID will remain the same and our Permissions Server will reset your offline permissions.
If you continue to have trouble after 1 PM EST on Tuesday, please let us know.
